IDAI was born inside a working infrastructure and energy practice where the founding operator needed an AI that could actually show up — remember prior context, handle real work, operate real tools, and stay on the job across weeks and months.

Off-the-shelf AI couldn't. It forgot everything. It couldn't use your stack. It treated every session as brand new.

So we built the architecture we needed: persistent memory, modular skills, scheduled automations, voice and SMS channels, and real tool access. We lived with it for months, iterated, and watched it compound.

The result is IDAI — now offered to a small number of operators who want the same leverage.

What we believe.

AI should remember. Tools that forget are toys. The value of AI compounds when it carries forward what it has learned about you and your work.

AI should act. A chatbot is a suggestion engine. A working partner gets things done — inside real applications, on real systems.

AI should be private. Your memory, your skills, your access. Not a shared training corpus. Not a lowest-common-denominator assistant shared with a million other users.

AI should be honest. Reliable sources. No fabrication. If it doesn't know, it says so. If it's uncertain, it flags it. If it made a mistake, it owns it and fixes it.

IDAI is a product of IDAI, LLC — a Washington, DC-registered entity. We're deliberately small. Every client gets engineering attention, not a ticket queue.

Our working domain is infrastructure, energy, and capital markets. That's where the first IDAI was built and where we have the deepest reference skills. We take on operators in adjacent domains selectively.
